Whether sitting in a conference listening to a keynote, working through a 4-day leadership program, or simply having an incredible conversation - we are living the outcomes of some of our most powerful interactions. We are the results of the right conversation, with the right person, at the right time - so how can our people start to have MORE of them?
Having worked in the agile workspace, we know that just like the speed of light changing a room, you demand speed and change from your people. This moves away from a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach and frees up both parties to make genuine impactful change.
THE FOUNDATIONAL FIVE
Are you looking to get started right away? Want something packaged and ready to roll out? One of the most popular approaches I’ve taken is The Foundational Five. Designed with today’s hyper distracted employee in mind, The Foundational Five gives people focus, access and immediate value. We do this by providing short, 60 - 90 minute micro-learning sessions, progressing through five essential topics, over the course of 3 - 6 months (based primarily on audience size).
Topics can vary based on your business needs - though the recommended approach is to start with ‘Communicate for Impact’, layer that into ‘Building a Culture of Feedback’, then layer again into ‘Having the Difficult Conversations’. The final two topics are selected from an a la carte menu with options such as 'Building Resilience’, ‘Coaching & Mentoring’, ‘Prioritization’ and more.
